Terms of Use

By creating an account or otherwise using DeenFit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 16).

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the App. By using DeenFit, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate.

DeenFit is a personal wellness and lifestyle companion that may include features such as:

• Daily prayer (salat) tracking, prayer-time estimates, and reminders;
• Workout programs, exercises, and instructional videos;
• Nutrition and meal logging, including food information and calorie/macro tracking;
• Water intake tracking;
• Integration with device health platforms (such as Apple Health and Health Connect).

DeenFit is a self-help informational and tracking tool only. It is not a medical, dietary, religious, or professional advisory service.

To use certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at leanandondeen@deenfitapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The exercises, workouts, videos, and instructions in DeenFit are provided for general reference and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a professional first. You should consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, changing your activity level, or relying on any fitness content in the App.
• Pre-existing conditions and injuries. If you have a pre-existing injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about your health, you must seek and follow the advice of a qualified medical professional before using any fitness feature. DeenFit does not know your individual medical history and cannot assess your fitness to exercise.
• Assumption of risk. Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. By performing any exercise referenced in the App, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any resulting injury, harm, or loss.

DeenFit is not responsible or liable for any injury, health problem, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any fitness or exercise content in the App.

Nutrition information in DeenFit (including food items, calorie counts, macronutrients, and ingredient information) is drawn from third-party databases and other sources and is provided for general informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise unreliable, and is not guaranteed to be correct.

• You must verify food and ingredients yourself. DeenFit does not independently verify the contents, ingredients, preparation, or suitability of any food. You are solely responsible for checking food labels, ingredient lists, and packaging before consuming any product, including to confirm that it meets your dietary, allergy, religious, or health needs.
• Halal is not certified. Any halal-related filtering, labeling, or screening in the App is a best-effort, automated heuristic only — it is not a halal certification and must not be relied upon as such. DeenFit does not guarantee that any food shown is halal, free from pork or pork-derived ingredients, alcohol, or any other haram or restricted ingredient. You must check every food label and ingredient yourself and rely on the manufacturer’s information and recognized certification bodies.

DeenFit is not responsible or liable for any consequence — including dietary, health, allergic, or religious consequences — arising from your reliance on any nutrition or halal-related information in the App.

Prayer times and related calculations are estimates generated using calculation methods and your device location, and may not be accurate for your exact location, school of thought, or local convention. You should verify prayer times with your local mosque or a trusted local authority. DeenFit is not responsible for any reliance on these estimates.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users’ accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the App without our permission.

The App and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, videos, exercise instructions, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to DeenFit and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

The App relies on and integrates with third-party services and data sources (which may include, among others, food databases, authentication and hosting providers, analytics providers, and device health platforms). DeenFit does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (such as logs and personal metrics). By using the App, you grant us permission to process that data to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information in it is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeenFit and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, injury, health harm, or loss arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or your reliance on any content within it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeenFit and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DeenFit is available to users worldwide. You agree to use the App in compliance with all laws applicable to you in your country and location. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws governing DeenFit’s operations. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
